When will my tracking information appear?+
Tracking information typically appears within 1-2 hours after your shipment has been picked up and scanned into our system.
Why is my tracking number not working?+
Ensure you're entering the correct format (SH- followed by 8 characters). If your shipment was just created, please allow up to 2 hours for it to appear in the system.
Can I track multiple shipments at once?+
